 Nicki Fuller brings extensive experience in energy policy, infrastructure and public power. Before leading Oklahoma's statewide association of 30 electric cooperatives, she served as Executive Director of the Southwestern Power Resources Association, representing consumer-owned electric systems serving more than 10 million end users across six states. Fuller also holds national leadership positions focused on hydropower, energy policy and electric reliability, offering a unique perspective on the future of Oklahoma's energy landscape.
