Today’s workforce has choices, and those choices are increasingly shaped by lifestyle.

That’s why ERDA supports projects and partnerships that strengthen Enid’s livability.
This includes housing initiatives, downtown development, retail recruitment, entrepreneurship support, and community programming like Women in Business and Enid Young Professionals, which help build leadership and connection.
It also includes sports tourism.
In 2027, Enid will host the NJCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships—a major national event expected to bring visitors, spending, and visibility to our community. Tourism strengthens local businesses, fills hotels, supports restaurants, and creates economic energy.
Healthcare access is another critical quality-of-life driver. ERDA’s support of initiatives like the Remote Area Medical Clinic helps improve access to care while strengthening community wellness.
