A day of inspiration, connection, creativity and collaboration brought women from across Northwest Oklahoma together for the 2026 Women in Business Summit.
On October 21, women from across the region gathered at Autry Technology Center in Enid for the 2026 Women in Business Summit, powered by the Enid Regional Development Alliance (ERDA). This year's theme, "Lead in Full Color," celebrated the unique strengths, perspectives and experiences women bring to their workplaces, businesses and communities.
From engaging presentations and hands-on activities to meaningful conversations and new connections, the summit offered attendees an opportunity to step away from their daily routines, invest in themselves and learn from one another.
The day featured a True Colors personality workshop led by Kelly Leiter, encouraging participants to explore how their individual personalities influence communication, relationships and leadership styles.
Attendees also had opportunities to explore practical strategies for professional and personal growth through breakout sessions, including The Business Owner's Playbook with Jessica Jantzen, AI in Action with Jackalyn Beck and Creating a Life That Works for You with Kristin Campbell.
Keynote speaker Tiffany McKnight brought inspiration and encouragement to the summit, reinforcing the importance of embracing individual strengths and leading with confidence and authenticity.
The summit wasn't just about listening and learning. Attendees participated in interactive activities designed to encourage creativity, teamwork and connection.
From colorful art projects to collaborative puzzle challenges, these experiences brought the "Lead in Full Color" theme to life and demonstrated how different talents, personalities and perspectives contribute to a stronger team.
Throughout the day, women shared ideas, strengthened existing relationships and made new connections with others from across Northwest Oklahoma.
Sometimes the best way to capture an event is through the moments between the presentations: a shared laugh, a new friendship, a creative breakthrough or a group working together toward a common goal.
We're excited to share a collection of photos highlighting the people, activities and experiences that made this year's Women in Business Summit memorable.

Most importantly, thank you to every woman who attended, participated and contributed to the energy and enthusiasm of the day.
