A Season to Reflect on What Makes Enid Home

What Makes Enid HomeAs we close out 2025, we’re reminded that the foundation of a strong community lies in its people. From safe neighborhoods and thriving schools to vibrant arts and recreation, the Enid region continues to make strides that enrich the daily lives of residents and visitors alike.

This year brought meaningful growth across both business and community investment. Our efforts to attract new industries have created quality local jobs while fueling small business expansion. These developments not only strengthen our economy—they create more opportunities for residents to work, grow, and live right here at home. Economic growth and quality of life truly go hand in hand. When people love where they live, businesses thrive.

From park enhancements to the continued revitalization of downtown, Enid is becoming an even more welcoming place to call home. The holiday season showcases the best of our community spirit—festive lights, local markets, the ice-skating rink, and countless moments of giving. Annual traditions like Enid Lights Up the Plains and the lighting of the One Tree drew record participation, reflecting the togetherness that defines our region.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’ll continue to prioritize business development, workforce growth, and expanded quality of life amenities. These efforts are central to making Enid a place where families want to build their futures and businesses want to invest.

Let’s carry this spirit of progress, gratitude, and community into the new year as we continue to make Enid one of the best places to live in Oklahoma.

From all of us at the Enid Regional Development Alliance—thank you for being part of our journey. Wishing you a joyful and prosperous New Year!
