Trae Rahill
CEO, Oklahoma Employment Security Commission

Trae Rahill was named Chief Executive Officer of OESC beginning November 2022. He joined the agency in August 2022 as Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and implemented strategic modernization efforts. Prior to his time at OESC, Rahill spent most of his career in operations leadership in the private sector, then joined the state three years ago as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.

Trae is passionate about sustainable infrastructure and community service, which is evident through his contributions as Board Chair of the Oklahoma Messages Project and past President of the Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association.
