2025, Here We Come

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, the Enid Regional Development Alliance is excited to seize the opportunities that lie ahead. We recently surveyed our member companies, revealing their top three priorities: workforce development, facility expansion, and securing financial grants/resources. We are dedicated to finding effective solutions for our local businesses while promoting Enid as an outstanding place to work, grow, and live.

Instead of setting a traditional New Year’s Resolution—aware that 88% tend to fade by February or March—we will concentrate on a single word. As mentioned in the book One Word That Will Change Your Life, “Just as a light focused becomes a laser that can cut through steel, a life focused with One Word becomes a force that can cut through status quo.”

Our guiding word for 2025 is Positivity.

This doesn’t mean we will overlook challenges; rather, it reflects our intention to approach every situation with a constructive mindset. Instead of listing all the reasons why something can’t work, we will focus on all the reasons why it is important to make it happen. While we may face setbacks, unfulfilled ideas, and difficult conversations, we will focus on the positive outcomes that can emerge from each experience.
