How ERDA Helps Companies Connect with Talent

intern housingInterns play a vital role in strengthening businesses by bringing fresh ideas, expanding capacity, and helping build a long-term talent pipeline. As part of ERDA’s commitment to supporting workforce development, we help our member companies connect with talented students and young professionals through key recruitment opportunities, including the OSU Career Fair.

ERDA will attend the OSU All Majors Career Fair on behalf of our members, promoting career and internship opportunities available in the Enid region. Companies are encouraged to share job and internship descriptions with our team in advance so we can actively recruit candidates who align with your workforce needs. The career fair is an excellent place to identify motivated students seeking real-world experience and meaningful career paths.

To further support companies that hire interns, ERDA offers an Intern Housing Program designed to remove one of the biggest barriers to internship recruitment. ERDA member companies can access housing assistance for interns at no cost. Housing is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If space remains, non-member companies may also participate for a rental fee.

By combining on-campus recruitment with practical support through the Intern Housing Program, ERDA helps businesses attract, host, and retain top emerging talent. If your company is interested in hiring interns or full-time employees, or would like to learn more about the Intern Housing Program, contact ERDA and let us help you connect with the next generation of your workforce.
