High-achieving women are often praised for juggling it all — but at what cost?
In this honest and empowering session, Erika will explore:
Why ambitious women overcommit and overextend
The internal pressures — expectations, guilt, perfectionism — that quietly drive imbalance
The financial cost of burnout and underpricing ourselves
The emotional toll: resentment, exhaustion, decision fatigue, and loss of joy

Most importantly, she’ll share how to:
Redefine success in a way that supports both ambition and well-being
Set practical boundaries and create structural changes for sustainable growth
Shift from independence to interdependence by building support systems that strengthen both your business and your life

If you’ve ever felt the weight of “doing it all,” this luncheon is for you. Come ready for meaningful conversation, authentic connection, and practical tools you can implement immediately.

Network with fellow women in business, enjoy lunch, and walk away equipped to pursue success without sacrificing yourself in the process.
